With 17 years of clinical grit, a passion for neuroplasticity, and a heart for helping others, she’s not just building a business—she’s building a movement. From Brain Tap breakthroughs to Parkinson’s empowerment programs, her mission is clear: help high achievers, CEOs, and seniors reclaim clarity, calm, and control—without settling for outdated systems or burnout.
She’s the founder of Neurologic Optimal Wellness, the architect behind Brain Gain Bootcamp, and the calm voice in your head reminding you,“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” Whether she’s guiding a stressed-out exec to their best night’s sleep or helping seniors combat cognitive decline, Dr. Banks leads with strategy, soul, and an unstoppable vision for brain-first wellness.
Lilia became a Physical Therapist in 2017 then continued her studies and went on to graduate from the University of Harford’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in 2023. She has a passion for helping patients from all backgrounds. She is a native from Westfield, MA and enjoys giving back to her community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her little one!
Mr.Cee J Activity-Based Wellness Trainer
Mr.Cee is our new to our Activity-Based Wellness Program position, but he is not new to training. He has trained for numerous of years in Western Massachusetts area. He is excited to be a part of the team and to continue to make a lasting impact here at Neurologic Optimal Wellness.
Anissa Prescott Billing Manager
Formally the Office Manager turned Billing Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep compassion for the medical field to her role. With a strong commitment to educating our clients, she ensures they understand their billing processes and options, making each interaction as clear and supportive as possible. She continues to further her educational background.
